Limitless Motors collects enquiry details so the Limitless team can respond, coordinate vehicle enquiries and review finance or listing requests. Vehicles are located throughout New Zealand across multiple independent dealers and private sellers.

What we collect and where it goes

Cash enquiries collect contact details, vehicle preferences and optional trade-in information. Finance enquiries also collect the identity, address, employment, approximate income, licence and business details you provide. Listing requests collect seller and vehicle information. Responses and consent records are held in our internal enquiry management system, accessible to authorised team members. Our service providers may process information overseas. This website and its hosting provider also process the information needed to deliver the service.

Sharing and credit checks

Cash enquiry details may be passed to the relevant seller where you authorise this in the form. Finance enquiries go to the Limitless Finance team for review. Submitting these forms does not run a credit check or make a lending decision. Your broker will confirm the scope of any check before proceeding. No automatic marketing subscription is created.

Your choices

You may request access, correction or withdrawal of consent by emailing office@LLF.co.nz. Required fields are needed to progress your enquiry. Please do not provide identity document copies or bank statements through these enquiry forms.

Saved cars and optional alerts

Guest saved listings are kept in this browser. When you create an account, your name, email, saved vehicle references, saved search preferences and optional communication consents are kept in our internal account system. Account credentials are protected by WordPress. We do not copy finance enquiry income, date of birth or residential address into your saved-car profile.

Saved searches are used to show matching cars while you use the site. Special-deal emails are optional and off by default. You can change these preferences in My cars & alerts. Browser notifications are optional, requested only after you choose to enable them, and currently work while the website is open. Background push alerts are not enabled.
